It’s Pi Day once again! Two years ago I posted Saskatoon Berry Pie, last year it was Key Lime Pie, so this year I decided to veer off the fruit based pie path, and go in a different direction. Even though there was a Raspberry Chiffon Pie that I am dying to try. Perhaps for Thanksgiving. Or in summer for no reason.
No, this year I made a Chocolate Silk Pie (or at least I made the filling. I am terrible at pie crust, so my mom made it for me.) I have actually made this one for Thanksgiving, but it went to the church supper and was consumed rather quickly, so I did not get a piece. This time, though, I will.
