The sun seems to be rising later and later all the time, which makes sense since winter is coming.  Unfortunately this means it is going down sooner and sooner, which kind of reduces my sunlight time for taking pictures.  And on a weekend such as this, when I will be in a gym all weekend playing volleyball, that means that I have to take my photo in the morning instead of later in the day.

So today you get a morning post instead of a night one.  Rare, especially for a Saturday, but for this Saturday, that’s just when it worked out.  I woke up well before my alarm today because I was thirsty, no doubt from playing volleyball last night as well.  My living room and kitchen seemed to have an orange glow about them, so I headed outside just in time to catch the sun coming up.

About Kathy

I'm a twenty-something who loves animals, farming, photography and cooking/baking. Luckily enough, photography works really well with the other three subjects, so I carry my camera around practically everywhere. Other than that, my life is pretty uneventful.
