Westbound

Well, there are still two posts to catch up on from the trip last weekend.  This one is Monday’s and the next one will be Tuesday’s.  On Monday morning, we left Minneapolis to start our trip home.  It would have been nice to spend a little more time there, but maybe not when it is so hot.  In fact, when we unpacked our suitcases that night at our Manitoba hotel, our clothes were all damp, since we had packed them in that excessive humidity in Minnesota.

We went just over halfway on Monday, travelling through Minnesota, North Dakota and crossing the border back into Manitoba.  The place we ate lunch at had some very pretty flowers outside that wanted their pictures taken, and then as we sat in line at the border for about a half hour, I took pictures of the signs.  I am not sure if that is actually allowed, but no one came and confiscated the camera, so maybe it was ok.

About Kathy

I'm a twenty-something who loves animals, farming, photography and cooking/baking. Luckily enough, photography works really well with the other three subjects, so I carry my camera around practically everywhere. Other than that, my life is pretty uneventful.
