Some people apparently don’t like leftovers. So they only make enough for one meal the first time. That seems like a lot of work to me. For one thing, you have to make something new every day for supper or lunch or whatever. What if you don’t feel like cooking or you don’t have the time? If you have leftovers, you can just pop them in the microwave, and voila! In 1 or 2 minutes you have food.
Such was the case today. Yesterday I grilled chicken on my bbq, and had it with rice and veggies. Today, all these same things went into the same pan to be reheated. Kind of like chicken fried rice crossed with stir fry. It was quite tasty, which proves to those people that don’t like leftovers that you can be creative with them too.
