Apple blossoms

It was beautiful outside today.  Warm, and sunny and not rainy, so perhaps we will get some more seeding done tomorrow.  That would be very nice.  Yesterday I was sure it was going to snow.  It was less than 10 degrees and cloudy and not very springish looking.  Happily it remembered that it was June and not November.  Crisis averted.

My lilacs are starting to get flower buds, as are the saskatoon bushes.  Due to the lake that has overtaken my garden, I couldn’t get to those blossoms.  I could, however, get to my apple trees.  They aren’t quite in full bloom, but in a couple more days they should be.

About Kathy

I'm a twenty-something who loves animals, farming, photography and cooking/baking. Luckily enough, photography works really well with the other three subjects, so I carry my camera around practically everywhere. Other than that, my life is pretty uneventful.

Lucky…it did snow a bit here. Not that it stuck around or anything, but I too was thinking “it’s June…what the heck?!?!”
