Cream puffs

It is a good thing we don’t have a Costco here for one reason:  Those giant tubs of frozen cream puffs.  I am sure they are just one little sphere of random chemicals, but they are so tasty.  Especially when they are partially frozen, but somewhat thawed and the filling is all soft and nice.  Mmmmm….

Good thing there are homemade cream puffs, which, even though they are not frozen, are still pretty darn tasty.  I made these for Bible Study last night, and brought whipped cream and this chocolate mousse, which kind of split when I was folding the chocolate and whipped cream together and is a little grainy, but it is still really good.  Good enough to eat just on a spoon, even.
