An excellent use for the baking that I do is to bring it to work for coffee break. Generally I brought things on shipping days, so that we could relax a little after pushing pigs down an alley for an hour or more, depending on how cooperative they are. I suppose I will have to find somewhere else to bring snacks. Or just make quarter recipes instead of full ones.
My mom is of the opinion that I should take pictures of desserts with coffee instead of milk. This is a problem, since I don’t drink coffee, I would just have to make it and throw it out. So, instead, these are mocha brownies. I put instant coffee in them (I don’t have espresso powder) and a coffee flavoured icing, which is nice for me, because coffee flavoured things are tasty, just not actual coffee. And I can eat them with milk, which really is necessary for these, in my opinion.
