Apparently the weather read my previous post about hoping the temperature fluctuations were bringing spring here, because it is excessively cold outside today. The temperature is only in the low -20s, but the wind is still howling causing it to feel like it is close to -40. This causes all sorts of frustrations at my job, which are quite annoying and tedious to rectify. Also, the wind seems quite intent on closing all the back roads with snow, so I had to drive 40 minutes around on the highway, hoping I had enough gas, to get home. Normally a 10 minute drive.
I didn’t really want to freeze outside taking pictures, so I took my camera to the barn to take pictures of my kitties, or something. Instead, something neat in the sky caught my eye. It kinda looked like a plane was crashing, but it wasn’t really. And it must be really cold way up where it was flying too, because the exhaust trail was sticking around for a long time. The best part is that I took this through my truck window. Turned out pretty good I think, and I stayed warm. Win-Win.
