Those marshmallows that I posted a week or so ago, were part of the table settings/gifts that I gave to friends at our annual Christmas supper. The other part was this little jar of homemade hot cocoa mix. Half of them were candy cane flavoured and the other half were just chocolate. This stuff makes great hot chocolate. And it should, considering the two pounds of chocolate, plus the cocoa powder in it. Oh, and this is not like that stuff that you buy that you can mix with either water or milk, this definitely needs the milk. I just don’t think it would be as chocolatey with hot water. So make it with hot milk, and then plop some marshmallows in there. And be happy it’s winter, because that is the best time for hot chocolate like this.
